Indian Lake District Rates
BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2017 with the billing due Feb 18, 2017
NEW RATES ARE IN EFFECT


$41.00 per month 
Commercial Meter Customers $3.64 per thousand gallons discharged and $11 capital improvement and $6 repair and replacement charge per discharging unit.

Flat Branch District Rates

Residential Customers  -  flat rate of 
$18.40 per month and
 a Capital Improvement charge of $10 per month through 2023

Industrial Customers -  $5.70 per thousand gallons discharged and
a Capital Improvement charge of $53.75 per month through 2018


NOTICE

Logan County Resolution 233-07 and  Ohio Revised Code 6117.02(c)3 allows for the termination of sanitary sewer when an account is past due.  Any account more than 60 days past due is subject to termination.   To reinstate service the account must be paid in full in addition to a service restoration fee of $150 per Logan County Commissioner Resolution 414-2012.  Please note that User Charges will still accrue during service termination.

 If you receive a shut-off notice, contact our office to see if a payment schedule can be arranged to avoid termination of service.

iNFORMATION


Payments may be placed in our drop box located near the entrance to our drive through window.  When making your payment please return the bottom portion of your billing statement.  This allows us to post your payment to the proper account.  Please do not bend, staple or write on your stub(s) as this may cause your payment not to post properly.

LAND OWNERS - TENANTS

When a property is being rented by a land owner to a tenant or to a person buying the property on a land-contract basis, the billing will remain in the land owner's name unless a "Land Owner/Tenant Agreement" is signed by the land owner and the account for the property in question is paid in full.

REMOVAL OF STRUCTURES
 or 
CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

When a building has been removed from your property and it has been previously charged for sanitary sewer service it is the land owner's responsibility to notify the Logan County Water Pollution Control District of the change of status.  We will inspect the property to insure the sanitary sewer lateral has been capped properly and no surface water can enter the main sewer line.  After the inspection is completed, the billing will be reduced by the amount of the user fee.

 If there is a change of ownership, it is the responsibility of both parties (buyer and seller) to notify this office that a sale will take or has taken place.  The seller should notify our office of the impending sale and the buyer should notify our office of their correct mailing address and phone number and that the sale was completed.
